JRF Series Coal-Fired Hot Air Furnace
The JRF series coal-fired hot air furnace integrates combustion and heat exchange in a new indirect heating technology that utilizes the high-temperature parts of the furnace body for heat exchange. Smoke and air travel separately, resulting in high heating efficiency (reaching 60-75%), rapid temperature rise, compact size, easy installation, reliable use, and low cost.
Working Principle
The furnace integrates combustion and heat exchange in a new indirect heating technology that utilizes the high-temperature parts of the furnace body for heat exchange. Smoke and air travel separately, resulting in high heating efficiency (reaching 60-75%), rapid temperature rise, compact size, easy installation, reliable use, and low cost.
Performance Features
The furnace has taken measures to withstand high temperatures, thereby significantly extending its lifespan compared to shell-and-tube hot air furnaces. It features longitudinal brushing of heat dissipation plates by flue gas and a negative pressure smoke exhaust method, preventing dust accumulation on the heat exchange parts, eliminating the need for cleaning, and ensuring stable thermal performance. It can use various coals or wood as fuel and is equipped with a secondary air supply device for complete combustion. The technical and economic indicators of this furnace have reached a domestic leading level.
Adaptability to Materials
This furnace is a versatile hot air device, compatible with various material drying equipment. It is widely used for the heating and dehumidification of agricultural products, food, pharmaceuticals, and industrial products such as grains, seeds, feed, fruits, dehydrated vegetables, mushrooms, wood ear, white fungus, tea, and tobacco leaves. It can also be used for heating various facilities and dehumidifying warehouses.
Technical Specifications
Please Note
-
The ambient reference temperature standard is based on 18℃±2℃, and the calorific value of coal is calculated at 5000Kcal/kg.
-
The hot air temperature in the table is determined according to the output air volume. The hot air temperature of the JRF4 model can reach above 200℃, and the JRF5 and JRF6 models can reach above 300℃ (special manufacturing can reach above 500℃). Users can adjust according to their needs.
-
The height of the smoke window configuration for the hot air furnace is 3-5 meters for the JRF4 model and 5-8 meters for the JRF5 and JRF6 models.
-
The corresponding positions of the external dimensions in the table are shown in the installation diagram of the hot air stove.
-
The refractory layer on the inner wall at the lower part of the furnace chamber starts from the grate, with a height of 0.5 meters for the JRF4-4 model, which can be installed on-site.
-
The JRF6 model is equipped with a chain grate combustion device.
