The ammonium sulfate disc continuous dryer developed, designed and manufactured by our company has been shipped to the customer's site and has entered the installation and commissioning stage. This machine is completely independently developed by our company. It is another measure of technological innovation and contributes to the development of the industry.
Ammonium sulfate is mainly used as fertilizer and is suitable for various soils and crops. It is an important inorganic chemical product widely used in chemical fertilizers, food additives, pharmaceutical intermediates, flame retardants and other fields. Its drying link is crucial. During the production process, the moisture content of the ammonium sulfate wet material after centrifugation and dehydration is usually between 3 and 5%. The moisture content is then reduced to less than 0.5% through the drying system to meet the requirements for product packaging, storage and transportation. However, ammonium sulfate materials are hygroscopic in humid environments and solidify into blocks after absorbing moisture. The aqueous solution is acidic and reacts with alkalis to release ammonia gas, which is corrosive to a certain extent under high temperature and high humidity conditions, posing extremely high challenges to the material and performance requirements of drying equipment.
The ammonium sulfate disc continuous dryer developed by our company adopts technological innovation based on conductive heating. It is equipped with a multi-layer heating disc and rake stirring system, and performs continuous feeding, continuous drying and continuous discharging of wet materials in a closed environment. Compared with traditional dryers, it has significant advantages: high thermal efficiency, effectively reducing energy consumption; uniform drying, ensuring the stability of product quality; stable operation, easy cleaning, and high degree of automation, which greatly improves production efficiency and reduces labor costs.
