SYH series Three-dimensional mixer

Due to the unique rocker structure of the SYH series three-dimensional motion mixer, the mixing barrel produces multi-directional motion. The materials have multiple cross-mixing points in the barrel. The mixing efficiency is high and the mixing uniformity can reach 99.9%. The maximum charging coefficient can reach 0.9 (the coefficient of ordinary mixer is 0.4-0.6). The mixing time is short and the efficiency is high.

Working principle

The material cylinder is driven by the driving shaft to produce a three-way compound movement of translation, rotation, and rolling, pushing the material to move in the three directions of the cylinder, thereby realizing the mutual flow, diffusion, accumulation, and doping of the materials to achieve uniform mixing.

Performance characteristics

● The cylinder moves in multiple directions, and the material has no centrifugal force, no specific gravity segregation, stratification, and accumulation. It is suitable for materials with large weight differences and high mixing ratios.
● The cylinder loading rate is high, up to 90% (ordinary mixers are only 50%), with high efficiency and short mixing time.
● The mixing cylinder has a unique design, the inner wall is finely polished, there are no dead corners, no contamination of materials, and it is easy to unload and clean.
● Suitable for high uniformity mixing of powdery and granular materials in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, light industry, electronics, machinery, mining and metallurgy industries.
