  • FS series square vibration sieve
The FS series square oscillating screen consists of three main components: the inlet and outlet screen box, the vibration source, and the shock absorber. The machine base is connected to the sieve box with 4-6 sets of soft rubber shock absorbers fixed up and down. Upon startup, centrifugal force is generated, and the amplitude is controlled by eccentric blocks and shock absorbers to achieve the desired optimal working performance, allowing the material to undergo a shaking and loosening sieving process.

  • ZS series circular vibrating screen
The ZS series circular oscillating screen consists of a hopper, oscillating chamber, coupling, and motor. The oscillation chamber is composed of eccentric wheels, rubber software, main shaft, bearings, etc. The adjustable eccentric heavy hammer is driven by a motor to reach the centerline of the spindle, generating centrifugal force in an unbalanced state, which changes the strength of the material and forms a track vortex inside the screen. The amplitude of the heavy hammer adjuster can be adjusted according to different materials and sieves.

  • JRF series coal-fired hot air furnace
The JRF series coal-fired hot air furnace integrates combustion and heat exchange in a new indirect heating technology that utilizes the high-temperature parts of the furnace body for heat exchange. Smoke and air travel separately, resulting in high heating efficiency (reaching 60-75%), rapid temperature rise, compact size, easy installation, reliable use, and low cost.

  • RLY series oil-fired hot air furnace
The RLY series oil-fired hot air furnace uses oil that is burned through a burner to produce high-temperature gases. With the aid of a hot air furnace equipped with enhanced heat exchange measures, the heat from the high-temperature gases is conducted to the air being heated. After the high-temperature gases release their heat, they are reduced in temperature to 250℃ and then discharged into the atmosphere. The air requiring heating is forcefully drawn into the hot air furnace through an optional blower, absorbs heat, and after reaching the rated temperature, is expelled from the hot air outlet.

  • Stainless steel mixing tank
Stainless steel mixing tanks are commonly used in the pharmaceutical and food industries. The tank body often features a jacket for heating and cooling. The conical head is formed by spin-forming, and the inner surface is electrolytic mirror polished. It complies with GMP standards. The mixing system uses sanitary-grade mechanical seals. The container insulation employs polyurethane or pearl cotton, and the interfaces use internationally standardized quick-release clamp connections for convenience and hygiene.
