ZS series circular vibrating screen

The ZS series circular oscillating screen consists of a hopper, oscillating chamber, coupling, and motor. The oscillation chamber is composed of eccentric wheels, rubber software, main shaft, bearings, etc. The adjustable eccentric heavy hammer is driven by a motor to reach the centerline of the spindle, generating centrifugal force in an unbalanced state, which changes the strength of the material and forms a track vortex inside the screen. The amplitude of the heavy hammer adjuster can be adjusted according to different materials and sieves.

Equipment overview

This machine consists of a hopper, oscillating chamber, coupling and motor. There are eccentric wheels, rubber linings, spindles, bearings and other components in the oscillation chamber. The adjustable eccentric weight is driven by the motor to deviate from the center line of the main shaft, which generates centrifugal force in an unbalanced state, changes the vibration intensity of the material, and forms orbital eddy currents in the screen. The amplitude of the counterweight regulator can be adjusted according to different materials and screen mesh sizes. The whole machine has a compact structure, small footprint, no dust, quiet operation, excellent quality, low energy consumption, and is easy to move and maintain.
