The fixed lifting feeder mainly consists of two parts: the lifter and the base. The lifter is composed of a frame, a hydraulic lifting system, and a material door tilting mechanism. During operation, first, the material door of the lifter is connected with the material hopper. After activating the lifting control lever, the material door and the material hopper rise together. By operating the tilting lever, the material hopper can rotate 180 degrees to an inverted position and then be moved to the desired location. Using the discharge butterfly valve on the material door, the material can be easily fed into the required process equipment.

Overview

The TJG series fixed lifting feeder consists of two parts, namely the lifting machine and the base. The hoist consists of a frame, a hydraulic lifting system, and a material door flipping mechanism. When working, first fasten the material door of the elevator to the material bucket, start the lifting operation lever, and the material door and the material bucket will rise together. Start the flipping operation lever, and the material bucket can be rotated 180 degrees to form a bottom bucket upward posture and move to the desired position. By using the discharge butterfly valve on the material door, it is easy to add the material to the required process equipment.
