This machine is fully enclosed, with all components made of stainless steel and equipped with a three-stage purification device, ensuring that the filtered air meets the requirement of 100,000 grade. The cylinder and the top are fitted with a cold wall device to keep the wall temperature below 80°C, and the drying tower is equipped with an air brushing device for sweeping the tower. The TCM extract powder dried by this machine will not experience charring or deterioration, significantly increasing the powder collection rate (over 95%), and will not result in cross-contamination or wall adhesion.

7. Material collection is done using a two-stage cyclone dust removal device, or a first-stage cyclone dust remover and a wet dust remover;
8. Inlet air temperature is automatically controlled and continuously adjustable;
9. Can be equipped with an air-sweeping device.
