Overview

The three-effect evaporation and crystallization device is a universal extraction and concentration equipment that adopts the working principle of tube-type self-circulating heating. It has short physical heating time, fast evaporation speed and simple operation. It can effectively maintain the original effect of materials and is widely used in the evaporation and concentration process of liquid materials in pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food, light industry, etc.

Performance characteristics

1. This equipment adopts the working principle of tube-type self-circulation internal heating. The material uses the principle of heat rising to continuously circulate from top to bottom inside the heat exchanger.

2. The energy-saving effect is good, saving about 70% of steam than a single-effect evaporator. Materials are evaporated and concentrated in a closed system, and the environment is clean. The system is designed with a defoaming device to prevent material liquid loss.

3. Self-circulating evaporation has a wide range of applications and can be used for heat-sensitive materials, higher viscosity solution materials, materials with a large concentration ratio, and materials containing a small amount of solid solution. However, high viscosity materials, materials that are prone to scaling, or materials with crystal precipitation need to be used with other equipment (such as scraper thin film evaporators). The output design can range from hundreds of kilograms to dozens of tons per hour.

4. According to the material characteristics, the process can be divided into downstream, counter-current, series, parallel and other designs.

5. Equipped with a fully automatic control system, it is simple to operate, occupies a small area, has stable effects, and can carry out continuous production.
